crisis adverted

i got hooked up with a haircut today which was much needed and came out beautifully, but because i am so premensrual I almost throw a fit about three minutes ago.
Actually I shouldn't blame it on being premenstrual I pretty much freak
out everytime I get a haircut. I think it's a girl thing.

New York, New York

Scans of prints from my New York City trip in 2004.

In Highschool I was obsessed with two things: photography & religious iconolatry.

Creative Juices

I really wish I had never sold my Cannon DSLR. I have been feeling the urge to shoot and just be creative in general. I used to paint, draw, and shoot pretty much everyday and now I can't even remember the last time I created something using my imagination or a camera. I remember when I was little all I did was draw. I wanted to be an artist when I grew up, and now I basically have no creativity in my life and it really bums me out. Hopefully I will get a job soon and I will be able to buy a camera and when I go back to school I can take a few art classes. I need to get movitated to do what I love again and be pro-active for once in my life.

here are some photography work of mine:

Abbey Lee Kershaw

This 22 year old Australian model got her big break when she won the 2004 Girlfriend Model Search. After winning this contest she has become one of the most covenanted faces in fashion. As of 2008, she has eight tattoos.

I love everything about this woman. I think her teeth are the best.

Jim Marshall: Rock Photographer Dies At Age 74

jim_at_woodstock-full.jpgJim Marshall, who helped create rock-n-roll's public image, was found dead on March 24th in his New York City hotel room. The cause of death is not yet known.

His iconic and imitate images of Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash and other performers in the 1960s and '70s gave a imitate look into their lives, lives the public never had a glimpse of before.

He shot hundreds of album covers and worked for many publications, but was ultimately known for his black and white candid shots. His most famous shots include Jimi Hendrix setting his guitar aflame at the International Pop Festival in 1967, Johnny Cash right before talking the stage at San Quentin Prison, and scores of other images you are sure to recognize.
